Member-Initiated Tutorial at ISMRM 2022 in London - Macromolecular Proton Fraction (MPF) from Scratch: Practical Guide on Protocols & Software Tools
Our team in collaboration with colleagues from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Polytechnique Montreal will carry out a teaching session at ISMRM 2022 focused on open-source software tools for MPF mapping based on different MT models and reconstruction algorithms. We will present a new release (version 2.0) of our stand-alone software for reconstruction of MPF maps along with guidelines on multi-platform MPF mapping protocol implementation.
